Duties：

1. Responsible for the communication with clients and agents , handling customer's booking, transportation plan, train’s track feedback, customs declaration, customs clearance, delivery to door, bill checking, payment collection and other related matters.

2. Strive to solve the problems encountered in the transportation of customer orders, and ensure the delivery of customer goods normally.

3. Handling customer disputes and complaints.

4. Complete other related work assigned by the leader.

Qualifications：

1. More than one year of relevant work experience in shipping, railway transportation, etc. None experience is accepted but English or Russian is acceptable. Educational background is not limited.

2. Good communication skills, good pressure resistance, good logical thinking, Earnest and meticulous work, good attitude.

1. Develop Chinese potential customers and provide the logistics and transportation services provided by the company to customers;

2. Provide customers with corresponding transportation solutions according to their needs;

3. Follow up customer documentation and cargo transportation, organize cargo information and notify relevant departments in a timely manner, provide assistance to customers at any time, and establish good relationships with customers;

4. keep communication with customers and collect customer’s feedback, complaints and other information, and convey these information to relevant departments ,  jointly negotiate solutions and improve service quality;

5. Collate and file business-related materials, and report related business work regularly ;

Duties:

1. Find domestic and foreign container resources and prepare containers according to the booking plan;

2. Communicate and coordinate with domestic and foreign customers, fleets and containers dumping-sites, and help customers solve problems in the process of picking up containers in a time;

3. Register the container condition, location, storage days, unusual expenses, usage flow and customers information, timely and accurately check the daily inventory of containers in dumping-sites ;

4. According to the arrival of the container, arrange the pick-up and return of the container in time;
